CONNEMARA SEAWEED

The Connemara Organic Seaweed Company harvests seaweed by hand off the West coast of Ireland. Harvesting only occurs during its prime season to ensure sustainability and the protection of species. Following harvesting, the seaweed is thoroughly rinsed, sorted, and dried at a very low temperature in order to preserve the seaweed’s delicate nutritional content.
